Appointments & Cancellation
Appointments are subject to availability. To ensure efficient service for all pet parents:
Booking
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Emergency walk-ins will be prioritized based on medical urgency (triage system).
Cancellation
Please provide at least 4 hours notice for cancellations. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for prepayment on future visits.
User Obligations
As a user of our website and services, you agree to:

- Ensure your pet is properly restrained (leash or carrier) when visiting our facility.
